specialty.  We designed the business to suit the second
home owner.  We take care of your home inside and out, just
as an On-site Caretaker would.  Services we provide include:

House Checks - A maintenance professional (Mark) will visit
your house as often as you wish (usually weekly).  During these
house checks, Mark will ensure your property is operating
efficiently, is safe, and looks occupied.

Landscape Maintenance - We are a professional landscape
company with several years of experience.  We do everything
from weekly maintenance to seasonal clean up jobs.  We also
will remove the snow, which makes the home look occupied
and more accessable during the winter.

House Cleaning - Weekly / Biweekly or before you arrive,
does not matter, we can do it.  We clean all our homes with
Green Certified products for your safety and ours.

Concierge Services -  We are a customer service oriented
company and will cater our business to assist you.  Just ask,
and we will make it happen.

We maintain a  “ONE COMPANY DOES IT ALL” philosophy,
