(owner) will do a "drive by" once a month to ensure the
property is cared for.  Melissa keeps in constant
communication with the tenants to make sure there are no
unresolved issues with your property.

Quick Turn Around - With our in-house property maintenance,
we can schedule maintenance and cleaning quickly between
rentals.  We also advertise the home effectively to get new
tenants in the rental soon.

our tenant within 24-48 hours.
